Today, also, when the revisional application has been called, none represented the petitioner.

I have perused the prayers advanced in the revisional application, which relates to quashing of the proceedings of Deganga P.S. Case No. 154 of 2007. Having considered that more than 17 years have passed in connection with the instant case, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this belated stage regarding the merits of the case.

The ld. Trial court is directed to expedite the proceedings and take the same to its logical conclusion. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 668 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
