We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and seizure memorandum show recovery of a large volume of Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICNs) from the petitioners. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of offence we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
