Ms. Puspita Saha ... for the State The present revision of the year 2020 has been preferred against an order dated 10.12.2019 passed by the learned Magistrate, 7th Court, Alipore in connection with Case No.A.C.G.R-1194 of 2018 corresponding to Bhawanipore Police Station Case No.113 dated 19.03.2018 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Ms. Puspita Saha present in court today is appointed to represent the State. Her appointment be regularised by the appropriate authority.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
