1. None appears for the respondents.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

3. By the order dated 9th January, 2014 in C.A.N. 10754 of 2013, an order of injunction was granted, which was directed to continue till the disposal of F.A. 184 of 2011.

4. According to the learned advocate appearing for the applicants, the contempt application has already been disposed of. However, in the case file, there is no such order.

5. Further, it is submitted that some of the respondents are no more and their legal heirs are to be brought on record for which an appropriate application has been filed in the first appeal.

6. Accordingly, C.P.A.N. 109 of 2015 stands disposed of and let F.A. 184 of 2011 be listed before the Hon'ble Division Bench having determination along with the connected application.

7. No costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
