Upon hearing of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in the order dated 25.04.2023 after para 3 after words "from date" there should be one sentence "as petitioner/wife is enjoying the maintenance of Rs.6000/- per month in the proceeding under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code".

Department is directed to take steps to incorporate the above mentioned sentence in the order dated 25.04.2023.

Other portion of the order dated 25.04.2023 shall remain unchanged.

This order may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 25.04.2023.
