Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. This revisional application relates to Burtolla P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013, which is presently pending before the ld. ACMM-I, Calcutta.

Ld. Advocate submits that the next date has been fixed for consideration of charges.

Having regard to the fact that the case was initiated more than ten years ago, I am not inclined to interfere at this belated stage.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to take out an application under section 239 of the cr.p.c. before the ld. Trial court. The ld. Trial court would, then, consider the

totality of the circumstances and decide the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made by this court.

With the above observations, CRR 670 of 2023 is disposed of.
