For the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail on 24.06.2025 and certain conditions were imposed which includes amongst others that the petitioner shall stay outside the jurisdiction of Chakdaha Police Station.

The present condition is creating hardship to the petitioner.

I have taken into account the period for which the petitioner has been complying with the same.

Accordingly, the conditions so imposed so far as staying outside the jurisdiction of Chakdaha Police Station is concerned, the same is hereby waived.

However, an additional condition is imposed to the fact that the petitioner would once in a month meet with the Officerin-charge of Chakdaha Police Station till further orders of this court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
