Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the earlier rejection is dated November 9, 2021.

Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection and considering the contents of the earlier order of rejection dated November 9, 2021 passed in CRM 6739 of 2021, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 687 of 2022 is dismissed.
