Statement of the victim given before a neighbour implicates the petitioners in the alleged offence. The statements speak about continued torture upon the victim as well as a well designed plan to eliminate her. Considering the gravity of the offence as well as prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. Case Diary be returned.
