Statement of eyewitnesses implicate the petitioner in the brutal murder. Prayer for bail of co-accused standing on the same footing as that of petitioner was rejected by coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the gravity of the offence and complicity of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM (DB) 769 of 2023 is rejected.
