The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this application on the alleged contemnor by registered speed post with acknowledgment due along with a notice indicating that this application will appear for hearing on April 8, 2022. The learned advocate for the petitioner shall serve a notice to Mr. Saktipada Jana, learned advocate, who earlier had appeared on behalf of the college authorities intimating the next date of hearing.

The petitioner shall file affidavit of service on the next date of hearing.
