Ct. No.17 correction of some typographical errors. In the judgement and order delivered on 11.11.2021 the following are the corrections made:- (i) In the 8th line of page 21 in place of 'RO', the acronym should be 'CO'.

(ii) In page 23, 1st line of sub-paragraph (i) in place of 'Recovery Officer', the expression should be 'Certificate Officer'.

(iii) In page 23 in the 1st line and in the 8th line of sub-paragraph (ii) in place of 'Recovery Officer', the expression should be 'Certificate Officer' and (iv) In page 23 in sub-paragraph (ii) in the 9th line the expression 'under Section 9(1)'

should be read as 'under Section 11'.

The above corrections are to be treated as

a part of the judgement and order mentioned above and the judgement and order is to be read along with the corrections made herein.
