1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of a Matrimonial Suit being Mat Suit No. 162 of 2022 pending in the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Bishnupur, Bankura.

2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed prior service of copy of this application along with notice on the opposite party is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this order as well as the application upon the opposite party within a week from date.

3. The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid Mat Suit pending before it and endeavour to conclude the same as expeditiously as the business of the learned court below without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
