The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Koushik Kundu, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State.
His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that on 31.10.2022, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Purulia in connection with G.R. Case No. 186/2019 arising out of Purulia (M) Police Station Case No. 21/2019 dated 11.02.2019 was pleased to dismiss the application under Section 317 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and issued warrant of arrest against the present petitioner. The petitioner was earlier on bail. Learned Magistrate would consider the factum that the petitioner being earlier on bail and if the record so speaks, the learned Magistrate will allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond, if
he appears and surrenders by 30.06.2023. The execution of the warrant of arrest is stayed till 03.07.2023. In case, the petitioner does not surrender by 04.07.2023, the learned Magistrate would be at liberty to exhaust harsher process of law so far as the present petitioner is concerned.
With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 672 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
All concerned parties including the learned Trial Court shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
