1. Report in the form of affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 6 filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner performed his duties for the period of 30th January, 2012 till 15th February, 2012 but he has not been paid his dues.
3. The petitioner, after perusal of the report filed by the respondents, restricts his prayer for releasing his dues only for the period mentioned hereinabove.
4. The Court, in the order dated 6th May, 2026, already recorded that the authority adopted an extremely lenient stand considering the ill
health of the petitioner and permitted him to join service despite his absence from 2012 to 2018.
5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the instant case, the Court is not inclined to pass any further order in this matter save and except directing the authority to verify its records as to whether there is any amount due and payable to the petitioner for the period mentioned hereinabove.
6. If any amount is found due and payable, then the same shall be released in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest.
7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
8. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
