1. Compliance report as has been filed on behalf of the Officer-in-Charge, Hare Street P.S. is taken on record.

2. From the above, it transpires on 16th April, 2025, three of the Directors of M/s Delta had surrendered at Hare Street P.S. and they were arrested. However, they were enlarged on personal bond and had appeared before the Certificate Officer.

3. Ms. Pandey, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Company would submit that a sum of Rs.

25,000/- had been paid and a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- shall be paid on or before 2nd May, 2025.

4. Having regard thereto, let this matter be listed on 2nd May, 2025.
