Mr. Milon Mukherjee, learned senior advocate along with Mr. Rahul Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the evidence of the case has already commenced. Mr. Saryati Datta, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State.

In view of the submissions so advanced by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, I direct that the petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the present revisional application at the stage of evidence and also at the stage of the final arguments of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 488 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
