I have perused the contentions advanced by the opposite party in this revisional application. The same is based on the issues relating to affidavit which cannot be considered by this court at the initial stage of the case. The points are in the nature such that they have to be considered on the touchstone of the cross-examination.

As such, no interference is called for by this court at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 602 of 2011 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
