In terms of the earlier order of this Court, the petitioner has been given protection by the Superintendent of Police, Diamond Harbour Police District.

Let such protection be continued for a further period of one month.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Zonal), Diamond Harbour Police District has also filed a report dated 9th April, 2023. The same is kept with the record.

It appears therefrom that investigation has been completed and charge-sheet being C.S. No. 193 of 2023 dated 28th March, 2023 under Sections 341/323/325/354B/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been filed against six persons.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
