None appears on behalf of the respondents no. 12 to 18 despite service.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents have raised unauthorised construction by encroaching upon a portion of PWD land adjoining to the plot of land of the petitioner, thereby obstructing the egress and ingress of the petitioner.

Several representations submitted by the petitioner before the concerned authority fell on deaf ears. The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the authority to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on February 19, 2021 at the earliest.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents that the 6th respondent be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Upon consideration of the submission made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on February 19, 2021 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner and the private respondents, in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
