CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 605 of 2011 In the matter of : Punjab & Maharastra Co-operative Bank Ltd. .....petitioner. In Re : An application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application was preferred in the year 2011 and the record reflects that by an order dated 15.06.2011, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to grant an interim order for a period of two months from the said date. The interim order was never extended thereafter. Having regard to the fact that the issues raised in the present revisional application are based solely on facts and there being no information before this court regarding the present stage before the learned court below no interference is called for by this court before the court below. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 605 of 2011 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
