arising out of WPA No.3453 of 2020 Mr. Mohinoor Rahman Ms. Maria Rahaman ...for the petitioners Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that pursuant to my earlier order dated April 8, 2022, he made an attempt to serve a copy of the contempt petition on the alleged contemner through postal department, but it returned unserved with postal remarks "door locked".

In view of the above, learned advocate for the petitioners shall serve another copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemner by speed post at his address as well as through e-mail and file affidavit of service.

List the contempt application for consideration on June 10, 2022.
