Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that all other co-accused are either on bail or anticipatory bail. The police submitted charge sheet and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the two injury reports. He submits that the petitioner is the main assailant.

Considering the fact that one of the injury reports states that the injury was grievous in nature and considering the fact that the petitioner is said to be the main assailant, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1191 of 2022 is dismissed.
