The fundamental issue of this revisional application is in respect of a prayer for early disposal of the suit which was filed in the year 2020.

Considering the nature of prayer, I do not find any reason to ask to service of notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court Barasat, North 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No. 12 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the suit.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
