Affidavit-of-compliance filed in court today be kept on record.

It is noted at the outset that in the previous order dated February 13, 2023, the date was transcribed erroneously as 'January 13, 2023'.

Let such inadvertent error be deemed to stand corrected and this order be deemed to be a part of the said order.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that the entire order of this court has been complied with and the disbursal of the dues of the petitioner has been commenced.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner agrees to the same.

Since due process has already been initiated by the alleged contemnors to comply with the order of this court, there would be no use of keeping the contempt pending unnecessarily.

As such, WPCRC 40 of 2023 is discharged.

Accordingly, CPAN 199 of 2022 is disposed of. Personal appearance of the alleged contemnors be dispensed with.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
