....For the Private Respondent No.7 in all the writ petitions The petitioner is the same in all three writ petitions. Mr. Rajkumar Sain, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, on instruction that, the petitioner is no more willing to proceed with these writ petitions and as such, the petitioner wishes to withdraw all these three writ petitions and to file afresh as there are some technical difficulties. The written instruction dated August 12, 2024 in this regard, is taken on record. Mr. Prantik Gorai, learned State counsel appears for the State respondents in all these three matters. Ms. Rama Haldar, learned counsel appears for the private respondent in all the three writ petitions. In view of the above, all these three writ petitions, viz. WPA 4661 of 2024, WPA 4664 of 2024 and WPA

4676 of 2024 stand dismissed as withdrawn, without any order as to costs.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that, there is no interim order in any of the three writ petitions. Even if, interim order, if in any of the writ petitions, stands vacated.

ACO Photocopy of this order be kept with the records of each of the writ petitions.
