The grievance of the petitioners is directed against unlawful and illegal encroachment on Government land.

The State respondents are represented and submits that they do not have any objection to the representation being considered in accordance with law.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have filed a representation with the respondent no.6.

In view of the submissions made by the parties, I direct the respondent no.6 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners appearing at Annexure P/1 to the petition within a period of twelve weeks from date after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties.

It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case and nothing in this order will be

construed as being binding on the respondent no.6 insofar as the merits of the case is concerned. With the aforesaid directions, WPA 3466 of 2020 is disposed off. However, there will be no order as to costs.
