Rupa Sen & Ors.
Versus
The State of West Bengal & Anr.
Mr. Sourav Chatterjee, Mr. Soumya Nag.
...for the petitioners.
Mr. Madhusudan Sur, Mr. Dipankar Paramanick.
...for the State.
The report submitted by the Officer-in-Charge of Lake Police Station be kept with the record.
Report reflects that there has been an amicable settlement between the parties before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has been pleased to quash the proceedings relating to Lake Police Station Case No.360 of 2012 dated 01.10.2012 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. In view of the report so submitted and the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (CRL.) No(S).177/2019, I am of the opinion that no further order need be passed in the present revisional application as the proceedings have already been quashed. The revisional application being CRR 492 of 2019 is infructuous and be treated as disposed of.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
