This writ petition was filed with a prayer to appoint an Administrator or a Special Officer to look after the day to day affairs of the Kolkata Port Trust Employees' Cooperative Credit Society.

It appears that after the order dated January 27, 2025, passed in WPA 22574 of 2023, the Board has been formed.

Therefore, there is no scope to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 4552 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
