This is an application for restoration and recalling of the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench dated June 11, 2025, whereby the revisional application, which is pending since 2017 was dismissed.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for an accommodation on the ground of filing an application for condonation of delay in preferring such application for restoration.

It is seen that the order was passed on June 11, 2025 when it was observed by the learned co-ordinate Bench that there is sufficient reason to believe the petitioner, is no longer interested to proceed with the application. The instant revisional application has been filed long thereafter in the month of February 2026 and which itself shows that reluctance on the part of the petitioner to proceed with the revisional application,

which is kept pending before this Court since 2017. Therefore, this Court do not find any material to allow the prayer of the petitioner and hence the prayer stands dismissed and since no application for condonation of delay has been filed. 4.

Accordingly, CRAN 3 of 2026 is dismissed.
