This is an application for anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in connection with Ratua P.S. Case No. 77/2011 dated 12.3.2011 presently under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the petitioners are absconding for past ten years. Having considered the materials on record and the submissions made by the learned counsel on behalf of the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 1972 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.
