It appears from the record that instant application filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code ,1973 seeking quashing of the proceeding of case No. CS/0071244 / 2016 (TR No. 3079 of 2016) under Section 138/141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending before the learned Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court, Calcutta and all orders passed therein.

However, no one represented nor sought for any adjournment. On earlier occasions also no one represented for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the instant criminal revision being CRR 518 of 2017 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
