There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner nor from any of the legal heirs to continue with the case. The Notice sent through Registered Post has been returned with the endorsement that the petitioner has expired. In spite of said notice there is no representation by the legal heirs. Accordingly, as the revision is against a judgement and order dated October 5, 2018 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, First Court, Coochbehar affirming judgement and order of conviction passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Cooch Behar in a proceeding under Section 19A of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955, the revisional application be disposed of as it abates against the petitioner.
