Affidavits have been called by an order dated 11th January, 2017 of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

This Court, however, notes without hesitation that the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents, with regard to encroachment on his property after demarcation by the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Krishnaganj Block and Amin, to be a purely civil disputes.

The petitioner may take out appropriate civil proceedings in this regard.

The Officer-in-charge, Krishnaganj Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
