None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of Inspector-in-Charge, Bidhannagar North Police Station. The said report dated 13.09.2021 be kept with the record.

This revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Bidhannagar (North) Police Station Case No. 173 dated 21.12.2009 under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

On completion of investigation, investigating agency submitted charge-sheet. The enclosures to the revisional application reflect that only the charge-sheet has been annexed. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are produced before this Court by the petitioners for appreciation of the facts constituting the offence. Accordingly, no interference is called for at this stage.

The revisional application being CRR 564 of 2012 is, thus, dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

The learned Magistrate is directed to proceed with the case in accordance with law.
