The revisional application was preferred in the year 2015 and the same appeared on 1st April, 2015, when none represented the petitioner.

The subject matter of the revisional application relates to expeditious completion of MR Case No.1359 of 2012 and Misc. Case No.9 of 2013 under Section 127 of the Criminal Procedure Code which at the relevant point of time was pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad. Having regard to the prayers so advanced by the petitioner and the period of time which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that the revisional application has become infractuous by efflux of time.

Accordingly, CRR 250 of 2015 is dismissed.
