The instant criminal revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the proceeding being C- Case No162 of 2013 and corresponding to TR Case No. 83 of 2013 under Section 498A/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Asansol.

Even on earlier occasions none represented the petitioners.

No accommodation is sought for.

Accordingly, CRR 526 of 2017 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court below for information.
