Respondent No. 9 is not represented.

Let the affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be taken on record.

It appears that the petitioner submitted a representation before the concerned Station Manager, West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL), articulating his grievance.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said representation has not yet been considered by the authority.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent officer of the WBSEDCL to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 3496 of 2020, along with CAN 1 of 2023 and CAN 2 of 2024, stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
