Forty seven mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the two co-accuseds.

They implicate the petitioners as the ring leader. Materials in the case diary suggest requirement of interrogation of the petitioners.

Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to the investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 650 of 2024 is dismissed.
