After hearing the petitioner, I find that the relief claimed by the petitioner, as submitted by the advocate representing him, has not been clearly framed in the writ petition. Allowing filing of a supplementary affidavit cannot cure the birth defects in the writ petition. The writ petition is, therefor, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.
