Petitioner is in custody for 241 days. He submits there was a free fight between the parties. Case and counter case were registered.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioner had fired at the victims resulting in serious injuries on vital parts of their bodies. Learned Advocate for the de-facto complainant also opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He had fired at the victims resulting in serious injuries.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
