The petitioner's application for transfer was rejected on 24.01.2022 on the ground that his request is ranked far below than many others who want to join the said school. The petitioner has chosen three schools for transfer. It is not clear in which school, the petitioner's application is lower in rank.
The petitioner instead of preferring formal appeal to the Commissioner of School Education has addressed a notice through advocate on 04.02.2022. In those circumstances, this Court directs the Commissioner of School Education to consider the petitioner's communication dated 04.02.2022, issued through Mr. Nepesh Majhi, learned advocate, as an appeal and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
A copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this order be served on the Commissioner of School Education.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
