...for the petitioners This revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of Money Suit 7 of 2018 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 1st Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the suit is running ex-parte but the learned Court below has not yet disposed of the application for injunction and also has not proceeded with the hearing of the suit at all.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of without going into the merits of the case and with a direction upon the learned Court below to dispose of the application for injunction within three months from the next date fixed. Thereafter the Money Suit No. 7 of 2018 should be disposed of within a year. The learned Court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law.

The learned Advocate on record for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon the opposite parties as also their learned Advocate appearing in the learned Court below along with a server copy of this order immediately.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis.
