The petitioner, had a Master's Degree in Hindi but she joined as a Pass Graduate Assistant Teacher in Language Group of Sohanlal Deoralia Balika Vidyalaya, Liluah, District- Howrah.
The petitioner has a pending representation before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District :
Howrah, the respondent no.6 herein whereby she has prayed for post-graduate scale of pay for having Master's Degree in relevant subject.
The said representation dated January 11, 2022 is appearing at page 31 of the writ petition being part of Annexure 'P-6'.
The petitioner is praying that the said respondent may be directed to dispose of her said representation.
The respondent no. 6, therefore is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from date, after giving the petitioner and/or her agent an opportunity of being heard.
The petitioner is required to serve a copy of the writ petition and a copy of this order upon the respondent no.6 within a week from date.
W.P.A. 4311 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
