Photocopies of a bunch of documents have been placed before the Court by the respondent no. 5, which are taken on record.

On a perusal of the documents, it appears that a demand draft of Rs. 5,32,023/- dated 29th November, 2024 has been made over to the petitioner (employee). The petitioner and the alleged contemnor say that by payment of the said sum of Rs. 5,32,032/-, the order under contempt has been complied with.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, there is no necessity to proceed any further with the contempt application. The contempt proceeding is dropped. The contempt application is disposed of by recording accord and satisfaction on behalf of the petitioner. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.)
