The State of West Bengal None appears on behalf of either of the parties. Upon perusal of the writ petition and prayers therein, it appears that the writ petition has become infructuous. The requisition meeting was challenged on several grounds.

Accordingly, the writ is dismissed as infructuous, as term of the earlier Pradhan and Upapradhan of the Agaya-Narrah Gram Panchayat expired long ago.
