Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on September 30, 2022.

There are statements of eye-witnesses implicating the petitioner in the incident of murder.

In view of the materials in the case diary and the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the murder, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 779 of 2023 is dismissed.
