As the present revisional application has been filed only enclosing the FIR, when the charge-sheet has already been submitted, I am of the view that the application has become partly infructous.

With the above observations, CRR 678 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. The petitioner is granted liberty to file afresh along with the document under section 207 of the cr.p.c. Let the certified copy of the FIR be returned to the ld. Advocate on record of the petitioner, the same should be replaced by a Photostat copy.
