Petitioner prays for bail on the ground of delay in trial. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits only formal witnesses are left to be examined in the course of next schedule fixed on 20th and 21st May, 2024.

In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner chooses not to press the bail application.

Accordingly, the application for bail is disposed of as not pressed.

Trial court shall ensure examination of the remaining prosecution witnesses in course of the next schedule fixed before it.

Parties shall co-operate with the trial court and communicate this order for due compliance.
