For the High Court Administration Records reveal that on 18th April, 2024 when the matter was last taken up for hearing, none appeared to represent the petitioner.

Today also, the petitioner is unrepresented and no accommodation has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner though Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the High Court Administration, is present.

In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 2725 of 2012 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
